Studio concept Sector: B2B software

A SaaS website that answers the evaluator, the buyer and IT

A B2B software purchase rarely has one decision maker. The person who finds the product, the person who pays and the person who checks security all visit the same website looking for different things. This concept designs a launch site for a fictional scheduling tool, Shiftwise, around those three readers.

Self-initiated design study. Not a client project.

The problem

In this scenario the existing site has a single message aimed at everyone, a pricing page that says to contact sales, and no information for security reviewers. Deals stall while prospects wait for answers that could have been on the site.

Design decisions

  1. A self-serve product tour

An interactive tour built from real screens replaces the explainer video, so evaluators can try the core workflow in two minutes.

  2. Pricing in the open

Plans and prices are visible, with a clear line for when a custom quote makes sense.

  3. A trust page for IT

Hosting location, data handling, access control, and downloadable policies in one place, linked from the footer and from pricing.

  4. Demo booking with qualification built in

Two questions route large teams to a live demo and smaller teams to a free trial.

What we would measure

  • Tour completion rate
  • Pricing page to trial sign-up
  • Share of demo requests that become opportunities
  • Time from first visit to signed contract
