Full Stack Development
Custom software for the work your off-the-shelf tools cannot do.
When spreadsheets, plugins and manual workarounds start costing more than they save, we build the missing piece: a customer portal, an internal tool, a booking engine or an API that connects your systems. Front end, back end and database, designed together.

What usually goes wrong
Your team copies data between tools by hand.
Every manual step is slow, error-prone and hard to scale. The process works until the business grows.
A plugin or SaaS tool almost fits.
Workarounds pile up around the part it cannot do, and licence fees grow with every new user.
Previous software projects ran late and were hard to change.
Large one-shot builds without clear releases tend to slip, and undocumented code becomes something only one person understands.
How we approach it
Small releases, clear architecture, no black boxes.
We start with the workflow, not the tech stack: who does what, what data moves where, and which step costs the most time today. From there we design the smallest version that removes that cost, and plan further releases around real use.
We build with proven, widely supported technology: TypeScript, React or server-rendered PHP on the front end, Node.js or PHP on the back end, PostgreSQL or MySQL for data. Mainstream tools mean you can hire for them later and are never dependent on us.
Every project ships with automated tests for critical paths, a staging environment, deployment scripts and documentation. You have access to the repository from day one.
What you get
- Technical discovery
- Workflow mapping, data model and architecture, written down and agreed.
- Web application
- A responsive front end with roles, permissions and the screens your users need.
- APIs and integrations
- REST or GraphQL APIs and connections to payment, CRM, ERP, accounting or shipping systems.
- Database and hosting
- A secure data model, backups and deployment on infrastructure you control.
- Tests and documentation
- Automated tests for core flows, a README your next developer will appreciate, and an architecture overview.
- Release plan
- Work delivered in releases every few weeks, so you see and use progress early.
A good fit if
- You have a process that runs on spreadsheets, email and copy and paste.
- You need a customer or partner portal connected to the systems you already use.
- You are building a SaaS product and need a dependable first version.
Probably not the right fit if
- An existing SaaS product already covers almost everything you need. Configuring it is usually cheaper, and we will tell you.
- You need a large enterprise system replaced in a single step.
Tools we use
- TypeScript
- React
- Node.js
- PHP 8
- Laravel
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Redis
- Docker
- Stripe
How the project runs
A first release of a focused web application usually takes 8 to 14 weeks. Larger systems are planned as a series of releases.
-
Diagnose
Week 1
We review your current site, analytics and competitors, and talk to whoever handles your enquiries. You receive a written diagnosis of where leads are being lost. We need about an hour of your time and access to your analytics.
-
Architect
Weeks 2 to 3
Sitemap, content plan and technical architecture. You receive a full site plan and a fixed quote. Design only starts once you have signed off.
-
Design
Weeks 3 to 5
High-fidelity design for every page type and screen size. You receive a clickable prototype, and we ask for two rounds of feedback, each within 48 hours.
-
Build
Weeks 5 to 9
Development, content entry and testing across devices. You follow progress on a live staging link the whole way, not only at the end.
-
Launch and grow
Ongoing
Go-live, monitoring and 30 days of aftercare at no extra cost. Everything we built is yours. If you want to keep improving it, we continue on a monthly plan you can pause or cancel.
Questions buyers ask
Will we own the source code?
Yes. The code lives in a repository you own from the start, and you receive full rights to it.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a code review to understand its state and risks, then recommend whether to extend, refactor or replace parts of it.
How do you estimate custom software?
We estimate after a short discovery, once the workflow and data model are clear. You get a fixed price for the first release, and later releases are estimated one by one as you learn from real use.
How do you handle security and data protection?
We follow OWASP guidance, use role-based access, encrypt data in transit, keep dependencies updated and design for GDPR requirements such as access and deletion requests.
Walk us through the process that wastes the most time.
We will sketch what a first release could look like and what it would remove.
